I really like this place so just wanted to offer a couple suggestions for the app: It would be helpful to have some other basic pre-made options (for example, a vanilla latte or other common orders) just for ease. The only other suggestion would be to see if the speed of the app could be increased. If you want to look at drinks, you are forced to go to back to the top of the list every time you are finished looking at one drink. You’re only rewarded 1 point per visit, not per drink. You could say that it’s because it’s a “small town” business, however Metro (who has less shops) rewards you for every drink that you get there in one visit not 1 punch per visit and your tenth drink is free, even with add ins. The other sad thing about the rewards is that you can only get a 16 oz drink at 9 points and possibly a 20 oz drink at 18 points. But it has to be on the regular menu, not the specialty/winter/fall menus. And if you add anything to that basic drink, you are going to be paying for the extras. I once got a white mocha and added blackberry syrup and cold foam and had to pay an extra $2 for my 16 oz drink”free” drink. If you ever get the chance to check out Kaylynn’s business page on Facebook, do it! This business took a lot of blood sweat and tears to get to where it is today!
