Kaynela Eco Lodges is a secure, staff-only app used at our lodges to register arriving guests, capture required consent, and keep check-in fast and compliant. The app is not for public bookings; a Kaynela staff login is required.

What you can do

Register guests on arrival and confirm booking details

Capture IDs, contact info, emergency contacts, and party members

Record signatures for consent & liability waivers (including minors)

Verify passport/ID where required and note verification checks

Attach photos (e.g., ID/booking proof) and generate a PDF copy

Email or archive the signed registration/consent PDF

Work offline at reception and sync automatically when back online

Who can use this app
