   Four blocking modes built for how addiction actually works:

   Scheduled Block : automatically blocks apps during focus hours, bedtime, or quiet mornings. Save and reuse
   Quick Block :  block everything for the next 1–4 hours in one tap
   Earn access : can't open Instagram until you've read for 10 minutes first
   Daily Limit :  Instagram allowed for 1 hour max, then blocked for the rest of the day

  Add friends to compete in your leaderboard based on who can stay under their limit and maintain their streak.
