They don’t update this app with new information. You have to actively call and email your sales counselor to update information. It’s literally pointless and there’s no communication from KB.

This is a great app that allows you to follow the progression of your home! I’m unsure who is responsible for keeping it up to date, and how it is supposed to be, But from my experience, It’s been mostly hand to hand with my build & Love to see the updates that appear on the app about the home!
