was not able to approve online payment because app was rejecting payment even after authorization problem occured while sweeping between app thats needs auth  and kbklic

for example the keypad is outside of usable regions on iphone x and up, doesnt use face id, the whole functionality should be part of mobilni banka to avoid having two apps etc.

The worst app ever!!! No matter how many times I verify it doesn’t work. It will not accept US phone numbers, you must have a European number to receive a text code. Good luck ever making an online purchase!

Terrible design, terrible onboarding, terrible process, missing auto refresh. A bank in 2021 with such profits and ability to hire anyone should really be able to do better than this.

KB internet banking + KB klic is now even more confusing and not-user-friendly than it was before. After 10 years using KB and other european banks online I highly recommend you to use any of the best ones as inspiration (there is a ranking published every year)

Way too complicated. Yes, it works, but it often gets stuck in the middle of prcessing a payment. Uvedomuji si, že za to nemusi být sám kb klič, ale celý system komunikace mezi kličem, kb sama, a ochodní transakce je pln možnosti selhání.

To be able to approve payment in safari on mac I had to disable cross-site tracking prevention. So to be safe I had to disable safety mechanism.
