## What is KB Mobilní banka?

The application Mobilní banka is a internet banking service from Komerční Banka that gives you a user-friendly way to manage your bank accounts directly from your smartphone, tablet and Apple Watch.

PROCESS TRANSACTIONS IN A FEW CLICKS
Simply send the transfer payment order to any counter-account. You can use all your payment templates from the internet banking MojeBanka or simply scan a QR code to process a payment.

TOUCH ID AND 3D TOUCH
Log in to the app and authorize payments with Touch ID. 

Press firmly to display previews. Thanks to 3D Touch you can navigate through the app faster than ever.

FACE ID
You can now log in and authorize payments with Face ID.

PAYMENT CARD ADMINISTRATION FULLY ONLINE
Set the transaction limits for your credit/debit cards or lock/unlock them instantly using the app.

APPLE WATCH
Pair your Apple Watch with the app and you will be able to check your balance, see the payment history or find the nearest ATM. All without even touching your phone.

INFORMATION AT HAND 
PUSH notifications for both incoming and outgoing payments, new messages in the mailbox and cash withdrawals/deposits.

Balance widget can display either a percentage or the exact amount. You can also use the widget to see your credit card’s available credit.

Express and SEPA payment fees are visible directly in the payment form.

LOCATE CLOSEST FACILITIES
Find the nearest ATM or Komerční Banka branch on the map together with details such as opening hours, contacts and more.

This app and bank are incredibly frustrating to use. You literally have to go in to the bank or to an ATM to get assitance. Every transaction requires verification through the Klíč app, making simple purchases a nightmare because they end up timing-out before the transaction is ever complete. Online transactions and big-ticket items, like plane tickets, are even worse due to the excessive security measures. The verification process feels more like an obstacle than a safeguard, wasting valuable time.  I moved all my money elsewhere.

The app is “ok” but it needs to be way better so that it can replace the employees there.   They are useless and rarely at work.    It’s incredible.   So this app has a lot riding on it.  You can’t send money from it,  only through their website,  which is another priece of work.  Stay far far away

I really don’t understand what’s so difficult about making a banking app that consistently shows you your balance. Instead I’m greeted with “balance not available” for every single account except my pension one which is … surprise surprise, not actually held at KB! It might be time to change banks. If I can have access to my accounts and balances because KB can’t afford proper developers, then they shouldn’t handle my money.
