What I’ve always hated about Korea is the amount of identification and authorization this nation forces people to do. Ive been locked way too much times cuz this app keeps making me change my password over and over again. Absolute hell

KB Pay 생각보다 기능이 엄청 많아서 자주 쓰고 있는데 특히 운세 콘텐츠가 진짜 만족스러워요 ㅋㅋㅋ 보통 다른 앱 운세는 너무 짧고 뻔한 경우가 많은데 KB Pay는 날짜별 운세부터 재물운 연애운 종합운까지 꽤 상세하게 나와서 보는 재미가 있더라고요 사주나 운세 좋아하는 사람 입장에서는 내용도 생각보다 구체적이고 정교해서 이거 진짜 많이 연구한 건가? 싶을 정도였어요. 아침에 습관처럼 확인하게 됩니다. 그리고 개인적으로 가장 유용한 기능은 소비 분석 기능이에요. AI가 소비 패턴을 분석해서 내가 어느 카테고리에 얼마를 쓰고 있는지 한눈에 보여주니까 생각보다 새는 돈이 많다는 걸 알게 됐어요ㅋㅋ특히 배달비나 카페 지출 같은 게 숫자로 딱 보이니까 자연스럽게 소비를 조절하게 되더라고요. 또 한 달 소비 목표 설정이나 외식 안 하기 챌린지 같은 기능도 있어서 게임처럼 재미있게 절약할 수 있는 점이 좋았습니다. 단순히 결제만 하는 앱이 아니라 돈 관리 습관을 만드는 데 도움을 주는 앱이라는 느낌이 들어요. 앞으로도 이런 AI 기반 소비 관리 기능이 더 다양하게 추가됐으면 좋겠습니다!

These KB apps are dysfunctional and the staff at the KB branch at Pyeongtaek station is totally incompetent and extremely lazy.  If KB’s own personnel don’t know how KB’s apps function, how can the customers?
