Product is good but App doesn’t work.  Says my device is not connected - can’t use the capture/zoom/mode switch functions.  Very disappointing.

The app is easy to use but with one massive fault on my iPhone 7. The audio goes out of sync during video recording, when you review the footage.It gets worse the longer you record video. Does it regardless what video app you use to watch the footage. Hope this gets resolved quickly!

i haven’t used it for quite awhile when i tried to pair it with my new iphone it wouldn’t pair it still pans and the operating system works but no connection to phone. any thoughts as to what might be wrong have shut down phone several time nothing.

It was good until bugs appeared. It is said my phone has connected to the device but I still can't use gimbal to control my phone camera functions such as capture/zoom in/zoom out.

The controller app for the KB XS3 is pretty good. Everything you need is right there in the app. I would like to be able to lock the focus as in the native iPhone app. I love the motion time lapse feature and also the nine shot panoramic as well.

😭 it’s connected to my phone but the app won’t connect to my gimbal,  it keeps saying it can’t find the device and to switch it on but it is switched on!
Hope this gets fixed. I Was really excited to use it.
