So if you get a new phone, you need to delete and reload the app. You get a new laptop, you need to delete and reload the app. You accidentally remove the app instead of deleting it, you are stuck waiting for someone at KBC to call back and help you.

### 1/5 — Impossible process to login if you change phones

Worst process imaginable when you change phones.
I’ve been calling (and waiting on the phone for 10-20 min) everyday in the past 5 days with no sign of life
And they call themselves customer obsessed, a joke!

Forgot my login number
No way to retrieve
Even their response and remedy is useless. They should find a new profession.

**Developer response:** Hi, I'm sorry that you forgot your login number. You can chance your login code by clicking on the menu - 'settings' - 'forgot my login code'. If this doesn't work you can contact 016 43 25 07 they are available from Monday to Friday from 8:00 until 22:00 or Saturday from 9:00 until 17:00.
