Please fix this app, there is no point of mobile banking when the app works so badly. Check out N26 to learn how to build a great banking app. ### 1/5 — Redesign needed *2020-08-08, version 4.7.0* Unfortunately, the UI design of this app leaves much to be desired: basic functions like viewing details of individual transactions are not available either in-app or even online/on paper statements, and the constant re-authentication within a single session is a bit of a headache. I’ve seen apps from many other banks that flow much better and offer a more seamless experience; even the KBC Belgium app is much more satisfying to use. It would be great if this app could be overhauled to match some of KBC’s features in other countries. ### 1/5 — App okay search doesn’t work *2020-02-25, version 4.5.3* The app is okay, not as innovative as some other banking apps, but does the job. The search function though doesn’t work at all. Any search filters are ignored every time, no point in it being there. For a cashless bank with a focus on payments via mobile devices this is embarrassing.
