When you click on loans and turns off. Doesn’t work at all. Worst tool to use even though your are making a big purchase. ### 1/5 — Useless *2022-12-21, version 1.4.7* This app is useless. I can login and navigate through different menus, other than that I am unable to do anything of value to the loan process. I can‘t upload anything, I just get an error message. I can‘t e-sign any loan documents. I can‘t view documents I e-signed on the online portal. Probably the most useless app I have used, ever. Also, on iPad this app is locked in portrait orientation and will not rotate into landscape. Just plain annoying that i need to take my iPad off of the keyboard to use it. That simple item should tell you everything you need to know about the quality of this app and the effort KB Homes put into it.
