Karnataka Bank has proven that it is unable to keep pace with modern digital requirements. The platform is consistently dysfunctional during critical windows, making it entirely useless for anyone who values time and efficiency. It is embarrassing that a financial institution in 2026 offers such a substandard mobile experience. If you require a bank that actually functions, look elsewhere. I am closing my account immediately and moving to a competitor that understands basic reliability.

I loaded the wallet to make a transaction, now it’s stuck. I’m unable to send it to anyone and unable to withdraw it. Every time I try ,it shows error message after buffering for a minute.
