Karnataka Bank Offers New Generation Mobile PassBook service branded as "KBL mPassbook" to its Customers. Register by entering your
i) 9 digit Customer Id which is available on 1st page of your physical Pass Book or by contacting your Base branch and

In my iPhone 8 tried to generate the statement to my mail id. I have 2 accounts in the bank Savings and Current. When it asks to select the account a small window popup with a blank account lists. Only select account is displayed but below that there are no accounts displayed.

A serious issue of debit and credit needs to be taken care of in the transaction view of the passbook. Showing irrelevant entries of both debit and credit in the same transaction which is not possible and hence an error.

It’s better to go for bank directly then using this app , I don’t know why Karnataka bank apps are always either under maintenance or not working ? It will always have something or other problem , team please resolve this or just remove apps permanently.

The app used to be really helpful, but since last 2 months, both debit and credit entries appear in the same line and same entries gets repeated multiple times. I wish someone looks into this and does the needed correction at the earliest

Overall good experience.  But the App has lot of room to improve:

1. I have multiple accounts with KBL both family and business. It is very handy that I’m able to access all the account information in a single log in. 

But instead of just account number you should display the account name. This will make it even more user friendly. 

2.  Why multiple Apps from the same bank. Why don’t you have single App for all the functions?
