## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Can’t do anything

*2024-07-23*

I’ve tried to do everything and it won’t let me start reading a book the download button doesn’t work

### 1/5 — Can’t download

*2024-07-11*

I can’t download the book.

### 1/5 — I cant read anything

*2024-07-07*

I am not able to read any of the stories. I hit download and nothing happens. Even when I try to preview the stories it doesn't work. Do I have to have a subscription to access any story?

### 1/5 — Can’t even use the app!!!

*2024-02-27, version 1.2.6*

Please fix this! Can’t even close the ads to read a story!!!

### 2/5 — you have to pay

*2025-05-14, version 1.3.5*

Most of the stories require you to pay for them with coins, so it’s a joke to say that this is a free app. However, if you’re willing to shell out the cash, then it’s a good app for learning Korean with three different story difficulty levels.

### 2/5 — It doesn’t work

*2024-07-03*

I am writing this here because they don’t have a little help center or anything. I am really trying to like this app and I really want to. But the download button doesn’t even work. I have tried multiple times and it doesn’t let me see the content. Even in the free ones. Please help and fix that

### 3/5 — No previews

*2023-05-22*

The idea for this app is great. Before I want to spend money I want to look at some of what I would be paying for. Like a preview to the book or having some of the books free. Again, I love the app idea and would definitely consider using it in the future.

### 4/5 — Good

*2024-07-26*

The stories are short but cute. There are different levels depending on your language level. I wish there was some audio to read it out so that you can listen to the pronunciation. You do have to watch an ad every time you read a story but you can subscribe if you don’t want that. The subscription fee is reasonable.

### 4/5 — Bite-Size Content; Easy to Jump In

*2024-04-08*

I would recommend this app for its easy-to-follow, Webtoon-based format. I like that the books are short enough to scroll through and not feel overwhelmed. Different authors also bring different tones/styles to their stories so you never feel like you’re reading the same thing twice.

The Story Wall is an interesting concept, but I wish it was something people could respond to each other and maybe practice with each other? That way even the social aspect is geared toward learning.

I gave 4 stars because I’m enjoying it but would like to see the look of the interface grow and compliment the books more! Excited to see more updates.

### 4/5 — Nice stories, easy to learn

*2023-01-07, version 1.0.9*

I really like how the easy the stories are to learn, some are repetitive and it helps reinforce vocabulary and grammar. I’m pretty much a beginner and it’s nice to find material like this

## Most praised reviews (2 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Good for learning Korean

*2025-02-25, version 1.3.5*

It’s a very basic app but is have found it really helpful for practice reading in Korea

### 5/5 — Cute!

*2024-08-03, version 1.3.3*

Now that I’ve retried this app, it works very well. There’s many cute books on here for Korean starter learners. I’m actually enjoying this book a lot and it definitely deserves to have more reviews and people using it.
