Sent many emails to their customer service team to make sure to update the app but they don't. They have placed so many advertisements and unnecessary social media posts in this application. This app is for mobile banking, this app is not social media platform. They must realize that, they have to take care of the app not to freeze and hang all the time recently.

Sometimes I have to close and reopen the app multiple times, but the problem keeps happening.
A mobile payment app should be fast and reliable, but this one often fails to function properly. Please fix these bugs and improve performance, as this issue seriously affects user experience.
