Password reset doesn’t work. Basic functionality of this app isn’t working. There was no otp provided to email whenever I request a password reset.

This app is a piece of junk. For years, I’ve tried to get a password reset link sent to the email that the app recognizes but no email is received. The store refuses to recognize points that you’re accumulated unless you show it on the app and I’ve called numerous times for help and also talked to people in the store numerous times and no one knows how to fix this. I was able to login and order online on the browser during the pandemic but that same login credentials does not work for the app!

I am an existing subscriber of the KC India Mart web store and Whenever I am trying to login through same credential it is not allowing me access even when I am trying to click on forgot password no email sent and not able to reset password through app.

I suspect that the intent is to deny patrons from using the rewards and redeem them at Desi Bites. The promised / stated url to the registered email never works. Well, not even in the spam/junk folder !
