App needs to be updated.  Push notifications do not work.   Tried to use “contact us” and that feature didn’t work either

When we first moved to Kanawha County this App was so dependable and pushed emergency notifications...but that was THEN!  I've tried everything to get notifications and nothing works and obviously no one in charge of the K C READY app cares.  As I see it now, having this APP only provides a false sense of security because you expect it to alert you to emergencies but it fails to do so.  USELESS APP!

I’m no longer receiving push notifications no matter what I do. I’ve tried reaching out for troubleshooting but no response. Doesn’t do any good if I’m not going to be notified.

I’m giving this app a 1 star but it’s never updated when there is something going on. My husband get stuck in traffic going to work because of multiple wreaks and he would know to avoid the area if the app was updated.

I have used this app for a few years after I stumbled upon it doing research. I tell everyone about it and highly recommend it. This app has provided vital information in an effort to keeping myself and my family safe.

Wvu tech student here! Downloaded the app 2 weeks ago and absolutely love it! The only issue I ran into was not knowing the difference in the types of alerts. For example, there was a silver alert issued and i had no clue what the difference between a silver alert and a gold alert.
