ADs for everything, and 9 times out of 10 the AD is longer than the video I want to see. The article will crash out and send me to home page 9 times out of 10, or make me rewatch the AD. Lately, each time I use it, the app freezes. Often times it causes my whole phone to freeze to the point there is a delay of minutes trying to shut down my phone. I get it that you need to make money but I want to hear the new, not watch endless ads. When I do get to load the news story it normally gives me a 20 second advertisement that I saw on every other news story. Once I do get to the story I find that the video is only a snipped part of the news that I already watched earlier. When I go watch the news broadcast it sometimes just crashes randomly and there is the ongoing problem of ads. After moving away from central Iowa, I still receive “updates”. The leftist stance of your station is abhorrent. You have become much like CNN. I just get to reading a story and suddenly it’s gone. All my other apps work perfectly. I’ve deleted the KCCi app and reinstalled it several times. Nothing works. Sometimes I can’t even find it again after it closes. Also, the ‘report a bug’ button doesn’t work. I love your weather and sports reporting but anything to do with the president or that is political. It’s very one-sided. The videos never work for me on data or wifi. I turned on notifications and got them way too often so I had to turn them off. Improve the video feature and give the option of types of notifications. And it came with some “sign your life away“ lead in screen when the new version loaded for the first time. Something is broken. In general, I haven’t like this app for the last five years. We used to be able to get in here, find what we wanted - move around easily. Clunky and slow and with articles two paragraphs long . It backs up to many hours. You need to speed up the radar loop. I see you haven’t done that yet.
