The app provides quick access to essential academic information, campus services, announcements and activities from one easy-to-use mobile application. For Students Students can access their personalized dashboard and stay informed about important academic and campus activities. Assignments View assignment attachments in the right format — PDF or Word — with options to open or save to your device. The assignment screens have a cleaner layout with filters and summary stats. Uploads are limited to PDF, DOC, and DOCX files. Notifications Improved device registration for push alerts after you sign in. Other Stability and usability improvements across the app. ### 2.2.7 — 2026-09-08 What's New in 2.2.7 Timetable My Timetable and the admin timetable have a fresh, easier-to-use layout. Students can pick a weekday and view their schedule in a clean timeline. Each class shows the subject, period, faculty, semester, section, branch, and session term where available. Staff can filter by institute, branch, semester, section, and day to find the right timetable faster. Leave Leave Details now shows the leave type — such as Full Day or Half Day — in plain language, so you can review applications more easily. Assignments & class records When adding or viewing assignments, class diary entries, or date sheets, the subject list now reflects your selected branch, semester, and section, so you see the right subjects for that class group. ### 2.2.6 — 2026-09-07 orgot Password from login with a keyboard-friendly redesign. Tap a push alert to jump to the right screen (for example Leave or Dashboard). Push alerts are stored on your device and can be marked read or cleared without affecting institute notifications from the server. Notifications The Notifications screen now has two tabs — Push alerts and Institute alerts — so you can browse each type separately. Read/unread status applies to push alerts only. Pull to refresh and use the calendar to view institute alerts by date. Leave management Leave Dashboard has a cleaner mobile layout for HODs and staff. You can cancel a pending leave request from Leave Details or the dashboard when allowed by institute policy. Fees & payments Admin Fee Status now shows accurate balance and paid totals (confirmed payments only). Payment History has an updated layout with clearer status labels and the option to download or share a fee payslip as PDF. Social profiles Institute names display correctly instead of IDs, with an improved profile card layout and more reliable data loading. Refreshed screens Digital ID card, payroll, service book, library book history, student attendance (admin), transport routes, and vehicles list have updated designs for easier reading on phones. Settings & app info New About the App screen, optional in-app update reminder when a newer version is available, and the ability to remove your app PIN from Settings after setup. General stability and performance improvements. ### 2.2.3 — 2026-09-01 What's New in 2.2.3 Profile photo Choose a profile photo from the gallery or camera with a clearer crop step that works more reliably across different phones. Principal role Users with the Principal role now see their own data the same way faculty do — including attendance, payroll, library, digital ID card, emergency contacts, and leave applications. Leave updates Principals can apply for leave and view their leave history using the same flow as faculty members. Student attendance Admins can filter by semester when viewing or marking student attendance. Search and status filters make it easier to find students when marking attendance. Notice board Notices are always fetched fresh from the server so you see the latest updates.
