And as someone who is light sensitive, I think the app needs a dark mode option. To address the accessibility issues with the screen reader, if you are in a tab like notifications while your screen reader is off, and you turn the screen reader on, it will immediately jump back to the homepage. It will not stay logged in on my iPhone and iPad so when I switch between the two I constantly have to sign in, and then when I sign in sometimes he’ll act like it’s going to go through but then it kicks me right back to the sign so I Gotta do it again and then I’ll act like it’s going to go through and then I’ll kick me back and I do this sometimes three and four times before it actually goes through and then if I have to move over to my iPad I get to do the same thing all over again yay fun… The only reason why I use this app is so I can do my schoolwork otherwise I would not use this app at all! And I don’t understand why there’s so many different ways to get to one thing but you have to navigate a certain way you can do both things on my path and blackboard but if you go through my path there’s some classes that’s why you Gotta go and other classes you have to go through blackboard it makes no sense it should be either or or one only! **Developer response:** Not staying logged in to multiple devices drives me crazy too. Let us know what you think! ### 1/5 — Not used for its intended purposes? *2021-02-10* This app is not to post about your coco after tucking your kids in. This is not where you post pictures of your dog. This is not where you find romance. This is for education. I absolutely cannot stand the amount of people using this app as facebook or tinder. I am paying tuition and that money is going towards an app that I can’t post a genuine question I need help with for college because it will get lost in random irrelevant posts. Ive looked past the illiteracy in posts. People do not need to be wasting educational resources on this. Add a social tab for those posts if you must. And by the way I rated you guys 1star because I had to in order to post my review. -negative 💩🤮☠️👎🏻👎🏻 wasn’t an option till now. ### 2/5 — After fourth semester experience *2021-03-08* This is my fourth semester in Somerset community college, my first comment for this app mostly ignored, the structured interface and navigation not changed, some bugs removed but also removed some important staff one of them: - search in Student Feed room you cannot look up anymore for past posts, you cannot look it up for topics, you still can typing keywords and click search but it say: “no posts” search window is exist but it’s not functional! That is poor “update” If anyone reads this, please update the student calendar, it was designed poorly and not functional at all! -Also can you please create grades/performance page with all classes ( at list semester) so we don’t have to digging each class data for grades, every teacher put grades in different place, that I would call disorganized! For final grades need open “unofficial“ transcript in pdf format, I would like see progress of all my performance with all my classes on one page for present semester, and continue access to this page after, print easy or safe in different formats. Seems faculty more participated in students life and needs, I can tell there is improvement. Past feedback in first semester: I wish all grades you can see in this app, but this not necessarily app issues but teachers/instructors; chat option some restricted, example I personally know students in SCC but I can’t find them in chat, so is they can’t find me, it seems somebody manages who I can chat with! Several time app kick me from log, and I need to login again! It’s no big deal if I have plenty of the time, but I’m super busy and this app not helps, but take more my time! Why I can’t now see my schedule for next semester?! I working full time and I need to plan my job base on school schedule in January! Is anybody care? Need better design assessments due to notifications, soo many students complained about missing them, just because trust this app! I completed all classes and still can’t see all of my grades, not in the app and not online! Conclusion is, idea of this app is good, but need improvements in interface, navigation, and faculty of KCTCS participation! ### 2/5 — Completely Changed! *2019-08-18* They completely changed the app with the new update and now nothing is where I need it to be and everything is harder to get to. Instead of one click to get to my schedule, it’s now 4 clicks. At least it is a little easier to get to my email, but I wish they had put the MyPath closer to the top of the page so I don’t have to scroll all the way down to get to it.
