My claims are denied more than they’re accepted even when I provide receipts. I don’t understand.

Worst customer service I have ever received with zero competence! While their attitudes reflected their positive characters it’s apparent minimal training for staff and quality control needs a LOT of work. ie TRAINING!

Or was this rating the app? The app only works when the people behind the app ‘works’ !!
