Overall sentiment: negative **Pros** - 🚀 Upgrade - 👍 I'm one of the first ten reviewers of this app **Cons** - ☹️ Missing out on rewards - 🐛 Loyalty tab is broken - 🐛 Rewards Page Crashes App - 🐛 The loyalty reward doesn't work - 🐛 Every time I try to join the rewards program it keeps being stuck on loading - 🐛 Crashing problem **Commonly reported bugs** - Staff added email and it still will not allow rewards - The Kedleague section no longer says "something went wrong" But now tells me to contact my center to add my email, even though they have it and send me emails - Almost nothing works on this app. Doing any of the tasks outside of KED 101 doesn't award badges, it doesn't give me the military bonus points even though I've shown them my DD214 about a dozen times at the center - When I closed the app it logged me out. It crashes constantly, can not find the donor or tells you “something went wrong” Not very reliable at all, which makes planning your trip harder. I like the features when the app actually works. ### 1/5 — People get Pheasant money, corporate pockets millions of dollars and can take hours to get into app! *2026-07-23, version 2.3.0* “OOPS, SOMETHING WENT WRONG” or ‘ERROR’ most of the time when trying to use the app. Not only has the app wasted hours of my time but the 7 to 9 hours of public bus trips to Kedplasma to help donate to people who need it. My wife and I have to aboard 3 different buses on the way to there and back. So we spend almost 20 hours of our time, a week to donate and get a tiny $50 to $75. The staff are great! They are awesome people!! But this company and their app, sucks! If this is the best you can do? Then your best isn’t good enough! And… to charge 50¢ every time someone uses their card? Almost every day it logs me out and when I log back in, it throws an error message saying that my donor number is not found. When it does recognize my donor number, it asks for a validation code which then leads to another error message…oops something went wrong. I swear I only keep this app because I need it to get the most up to date balance on my card. This thing is truly a headache, but there are no better options. There’s not much you can do without a donor ID but I don’t have that yet. I’d prefer to have a set time rather than driving all the way there just to be turned away because they’re booked. If there is a way to book an appointment through the app it is not easy to find. But that seems to be the problem any more, not wanting to work. It takes away one of the valuable things of having it, earning points!! If I can’t log in before I donate and do the survey I loose those points. Earning points in my opinion is 75% worth using the app. The other 25% is checking the balance (which is very important)! And keep check on your results is as well. PLEASE WORK AT FIXING THIS ASAP!!
