All’inizio ok anche se ogni tanto si scollegava senza possibilità di riconnettersi se non quando si è a casa. Invece adesso non funziona proprio più impossibile vedere la web quando si è fuori si connette solo se la web è collegata alla lan e si vede la web da pc. Aggiustate sarà l’ennesima email che scrivo al vostro supporto senza alcuna risposta! After trying to fix it several times I emailed support and was sent a new manual requesting I download a new Keekoon app. I followed all the instructions precisely, both for Ethernet and Wi-fi setup but neither worked!! I cannot find any support phone number. I have emailed again and am waiting for help. Horrible. ### 1/5 — Still doesn’t work after latest update. *2021-01-04, version 1.9* (Update) I’ve bought Reolink cameras to replace the Keekoon that are now useless. Reolink have a better picture but lack the facilities of this app, as in recording movement photos straight to the phone.....Reolink just have the app send push notifications to the phones messages, then you have to open the app and view. To watch playbacks of recordings, you have to insert an SD card into the camera, not ideal, as all an intruder has to do is unplug and steal the camera! I updated my app on 16/09/19, sadly I still can’t connect 4G or WiFi, my thoughts are the app is still not fully compatible with iOS 12.4.1. The app will also not permanently store a new security password and reverts to the default password every time the app is closed. Please send another app update that works over 4G and WiFi. Of course it could be that “my three keekoon cameras have packed in at the same time”!!! Very unlikely P2PLiveCam, a Keekoon IP camera compatible app is also not working, and no clue as to whether it will be updated before iOS13 possibly makes it unusable as my iPhone 6 plus is not getting that update and will not be supported. My cameras will be useless if I can’t get any working updates that allow them to connect over 4G. I won’t be getting a new phone which Apple would like, I will invest in a hardwireed cctv system for the house it will be cheaper than a new phone and probably have a reliable app that works with older phones. Keekoon looks like they cannot get their act together and solve this issue for those of us still on 12.4.1 and using iPhone 6 & 6plus. (as of 20/10/2019) If our iPhones are still working and have plenty of storage left, why change them. We should all buy British, European and American, then there wouldn’t be a problem with bad service, although they’d be more expensive. Of course in the recent security issue with these type of cameras brought up by Which magazine, it’s possible that there is a bigger problem with these Chinese “security” ip cameras. Who knows. ### 1/5 — Not reliable. *2020-12-07, version 1.9* I didn’t encounter many issues until recently. My app page starts glitching and crashes. Even only after a few seconds. Extremely irritating when I’m counting on this camera. But first I had to delete and re-add all four cameras using their UID. As soon as one is online, I changed my password through the setting. For password to be remembered as default, I deleted and reinserted cameras again with the new password. It takes time but nevertheless, I’m happy I don’t have to buy a new remote system now! ### 5/5 — Really cool *2017-07-27, version 1.7.16* Got this to keep an eye on my dog while at work. Works really well and the picture quality is pretty amazing. I'm not the best at tech but managed to figure out how to connect to wi-fi! ### 5/5 — APP da implementare *2017-06-10* Ottima APP ma necessita la possibilità di selezionare l'intervallo di allarme da 1 secondo minimo a 250 secondi massimo, in modo che attivando il Motion Detection possa catturare quante più immagini possibili ed inviarle per riuscire a riprendere eventuali ingressi in casa non autorizzati. Attulamente la funzione dall'APP prevede minimo 30 secondi - massimo 250 secondi.
