## What is Keelport?

Keelport is the bug tracker, release planner, and App Store Connect command center for indie developers who ship apps in the Apple ecosystem. Built native in SwiftUI for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision Pro, Keelport syncs everything across your own devices through iCloud - no accounts, no servers, no subscriptions for a third party to host your roadmap.

This is the tool you wish existed when you opened Xcode at 11 p.m. with a TestFlight crash report, a one-star review, and a feature request from a beta tester, and realized your bug tracker was a Notes file and your release plan was in your head.

==== What makes Keelport different ====

MCP INTEGRATION - BUILT IN, NOT BOLTED ON
Keelport on Mac ships with a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server with 66 tools covering every part of your dev workflow. Point Claude, Cursor, Claude Code, or any MCP client at it and your AI assistant can file bugs, stage features for the next release, generate changelogs, query App Store reviews, reply to customer feedback, and convert TestFlight crashes into tracked bugs - all from your normal coding session. Everything syncs to your iPhone, iPad, and Apple Vision Pro instantly through iCloud.

APP STORE CONNECT, IMPORTED AUTOMATICALLY
Connect with a standard ASC API key and stop tab-juggling between dashboards. Keelport pulls in:

Customer reviews: ratings, territory, developer responses, file a bug from any review
Sales: daily units, proceeds, territory breakdown
Analytics: impressions, page views, crash rate, conversion rate
TestFlight beta feedback: screenshots and crash reports with one-tap conversion to bug or feature
Performance metrics: launch time, hangs, memory, battery, per version and device
Version submission history: every state from Waiting for Review to Ready for Sale
Your API key is stored in the iOS Keychain and only ever sent to Apple's official api.appstoreconnect.apple.com endpoint. Never anywhere else.

iCLOUD SYNC THAT JUST WORKS
File a bug on your iPhone in line at the coffee shop. Fix it on your Mac an hour later - the bug is already there, marked staged for the next release. Your iPad and Apple Vision Pro pick up right where you left off. All powered by Apple's CloudKit through your own private iCloud database. The developer has zero access to your data.

==== Everything else ====

Native on Apple Vision Pro: the full tracker and App Store Connect command center in a spatial window
Projects, bugs, features, ideas, releases, comments, attachments: full SwiftData models, fast and fluid
Severity, priority, status, tags, platforms, effort estimates
Built-in changelog generator: one tap to assemble a Markdown changelog from staged items
Markdown export: back up every project to plain-text files for git or archive
Widgets in every size on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Vision Pro: project status, release countdown, staged items, ratings, reviews, downloads
Siri and Shortcuts: ask for your downloads, your rating, or your crash rate, or file a bug by voice
Available in 11 languages
Liquid Glass UI on iOS 26: clean native design down to iOS 18
==== Privacy first, always ====

Keelport collects nothing. No analytics, no telemetry, no crash reporters, no tracking SDKs, no ads, no third-party data sharing. The developer operates no servers. Your data lives on your devices and in your own iCloud account, period.

==== Made by a working indie ====

Keelport is built by one indie developer who ships apps with these exact problems. Every feature exists because it was needed. Send feedback to solar59_meets@icloud.com - every message is read personally.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.6.1 — 2026-08-18

This update finishes Keelport's translations.

• Every screen is now fully translated — no more English mixed in
• Siri shortcuts work in your language
• Widgets and the share sheet no longer show placeholder text
• Numbers, dates and wording follow each language's conventions
• Project tabs reorganized so labels fit in every language

### 1.6 — 2026-08-13

The biggest Keelport release yet: widgets and Siri that actually work, ten new languages, a lot more App Store Connect data, and numbers you can finally trust.

WIDGETS AND SIRI
- Widgets in every size on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Vision Pro (visionOS 26), now showing your real data instead of placeholders
- Ask Siri for your downloads, your rating, or your crash rate, or file a bug by voice
- Keelport is now available in 11 languages

MUCH MORE FROM APP STORE CONNECT
- Per-version adoption: see how quickly people move to your latest release
- True lifetime totals, sourced from Apple's own yearly reports rather than only what you have synced
- Apple's per-version performance insights: launch time, memory and battery, including which versions regressed
- Breakdowns by device family, and impressions and page views by source
- Mac: an optional Open at Login so Keelport's tools stay available

NUMBERS YOU CAN TRUST
Several figures could disagree with each other, or with App Store Connect:
- Conversion rate could read exactly half its true value
- Territory and device breakdowns could total double the headline printed above them
- Review counts could differ between Trends, an app's Ratings tab, the widget and Siri
- All-time figures could quietly omit history Apple had already reported
- App Analytics downloads were always empty, because Keelport asked Apple for a report by the wrong name
- Charts could draw activity on days Apple never reported any, and connect a rating line across months with no reviews
All of these now agree with each other and with Apple.

STABILITY AND SPEED
- Fixed a freeze when opening an item with screenshots, and another while typing a comment
- The Sales tab no longer stalls when you change the date range
- Syncing shows real progress instead of a spinner, and explains the one-time history download the first time it runs
- A long sync no longer has to finish before you can use the app
- Apps with no sales history no longer fill Settings with errors about reports that were never going to exist

YOUR DATA
- Fixed a bug that could delete a comment you wrote twice, or a file you attached twice, believing them duplicates
- Fixed a sync that could undo a release you had deliberately reopened, along with the work you had planned into it
- Merging two projects now keeps everything from both, including notes

### 1.5 — 2026-06-27

Faster syncing — now in parallel

Pulling your App Store Connect data is dramatically faster. Keelport now syncs all of your apps at the same time instead of one after another, fetches only what's actually changed since your last sync, and downloads reports and screenshots in parallel. Routine syncs that used to take several minutes now finish in a fraction of the time — and your dashboard, Trends, and project screens load noticeably quicker.

Numbers you can trust

Your download and units figures now agree everywhere. Trends, the dashboard, and each app's Sales tab all show one consistent number that matches App Store Connect — no more totals that differ between your devices or get double‑counted. Items now ship correctly alongside their release, and bugs or features you create from TestFlight feedback link to it immediately.

Also new:
• Pull to refresh on the dashboard, Trends, and project screens
• Reorder your projects however you like
• All‑time stats across every app
• Send images straight into Keelport with the new Share extension
• Summarize long TestFlight feedback into a clean title with Apple Intelligence
• Version badges on bugs & features show the release they're shipped, on deck, or planned for
• Cleaner ratings — unrated apps no longer show a misleading 0.0
• Releases in review are no longer counted as overdue
• Analytics ranges now reflect Apple's ~90 days of history
• Mac: the built‑in MCP server keeps serving while the app is in the background
• Plenty of smaller sync, accuracy, and reliability fixes throughout

Thanks for the feedback that drove this release — keep it coming!

### 1.4 — 2026-06-13

This release brings major reliability improvements, Vision Pro polish, and the biggest MCP upgrade yet.

SYNC RELIABILITY
Multi-device duplicate detection is now automatic and immediate. If items ever duplicated across your devices during iCloud sync, they are now caught and resolved the moment any device sees them - no manual cleanup needed.

MCP SERVER (Mac) - NOW 65 TOOLS
- Smarter agent: the server now tells your AI which tool to use and when
- Compact, paginated list responses - far less token usage per call
- Full Ideas backlog: list, create, update, delete, and promote ideas to bugs or features from Claude or Cursor
- Project and release management: create projects, update or cancel releases, complete or delete tasks
- Item deletes: remove bugs and features directly from your editor (confirm-gated)
- Natural addressing: write tools now accept project name + item number - no UUID hunting
- Comments in detail: bug and feature detail now includes the full comment thread

APPLE VISION PRO (visionOS)
- Look to Scroll: gaze edge-scrolling now works throughout the app on Vision Pro
- Selection and hover highlights now match the rounded shape of each row
- More consistent spacing in the sidebar and project list

### 1.3 — 2026-06-10

This release is all about speed and smoothness.

• Faster, more responsive throughout. Keelport now does its heavy data work in the background, so launching the app and moving between projects is noticeably quicker — and stays smooth even with a lot of history.
• No more hangs when filing feedback. Turning TestFlight feedback into a bug or feature is now instant and happens in the background.
• More accurate Trends. App updates now display correctly across every time range (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, and 1 year) on both the per‑app and combined charts.
• Manual refresh for anchored apps. Pull the latest App Store Connect data on demand, even for anchored projects — anchoring still pauses automatic syncing.
• Now on Apple Vision Pro. Keelport runs natively in a spatial window.
• Improved stability and reliability.
