They don't care. We're at the cusp of paying almost 60% in commissions per call, this should Never happened. Literally Everything should he perfect at every minute of the hour. There shouldn't be this much technical issues for the amount of $$$ that advisors pay. I felt dismissed by support; after they refused to remove an unfair review that I believed crossed professional boundaries, they asked me if I could post positive feedback for Keen on Trustpilot. This felt insulting when my own reputation on their platform was not being protected. In my daily work, I have found the blocking limits to be stifling, as they do not provide me with the level of control I need to feel comfortable managing difficult callers. I also face penalties for disconnecting from 'one-minute' readings, despite my profiles terms clearly stating how that wouldn’t be the right fit. That’s not a reasonable time frame especially for what’s being asked and the rudeness and back to back one minute calls. This creates a stressful environment where system metrics seem to matter more than advisor well-being. Technically, the platform feels outdated. The app lacks essential features like messaging and review visibility. Also, experienced what appear to be payment delays and fees that I do not see on other advisor platforms. Overall, I feel like an interchangeable part of a system that ignores feedback, and I urge Keen to earn positive reviews by providing better support to the advisors who keep the site running. ### 1/5 — Trash *2026-04-02* No matter how many times they update all of these apps advisor or for the customers they are all still faulty and it’s because they are trying to make keen Keep up with other psychic sites, but on a cheap budget. I don’t know what type of team Ingenio has hired to run keen as a site but they have failed immensely and it’s very disappointing. These sites and how they are designed and being tweaked aren’t strong enough to take all of these pop-ups, along with the constant tweaking and adding things —restructuring the site all year long. I didn’t have any problems with it. There was recently an update and now I’m having major issues. Yes, I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app. Yes, my phone is up-to-date. Am I missing anything? 😵‍💫 ### 1/5 — An app is for mobile *2026-03-19* I truly don’t understand what is hard about creating a chat app. I don’t make apps so that’s your job, but I have other apps and they work. This chat app used to be extremely stable, but somehow the quality has gotten worse over the years, which is usually not what other apps do they usually improve over the years. Unfortunately, this platform has probably sold out to so many private equity funds that it doesn’t even do the basic anymore. These days I get more calls from their notifications system than actual customers. And I feel terrible for the customers who expect the service to work when they’re going through a hard time and just need a listening ear and spiritual connection. Instead, they are greeted with terrible tech and problems. The worst is that we get blamed for it as the advisors and it’s not right. They haven’t changed their sound settings like ever!! The update makes it impossible to use the phones app settings to stop the notification sounds. This is just another example of how keen has changed over the years and they have absolutely no understanding or consideration for the lightworkers’ perspective or sensitivities. The “support” doesn’t seem authentic. They also let people say stuff that doesn’t go along with your services or add up, stay as a review for advisors The web and app set up is off putting. The app could be so much better. Can’t message clients on it so you have to go to web and there’s a crash in system having everything open at once even though that’s how it’s set up. They take all that money and on top of that has huge glitches on app and the app doesn’t have all the features. Greedy and incompetent 🧿 ### 3/5 — Very Glitchy *2025-08-30* This app is CONSTANTLY dropping chats- or saying sent, delivered, and not read. Unless I’m directly on my computer it makes it really hard to work on the go sometimes. As a result, I find myself having to send out three minutes to clients regularly just to make up for the glitches that is continually happening on the platform and I don’t know what else to do. I have emailed tech support. And now as of tonight, it’s creating a lot of problems with clients trying to call in. Please update this app, it seems like it needs a tune up. ### 1/5 — Support Team Unfair *2025-06-27* The support team seems to be dishonest and not genuine in their approaches on guidelines, services and feedback. It should be worked on immediately it makes those coming to them very aware of the imbalance in following guidelines. ### 1/5 — App Disconnections *2025-06-11* I have been experiencing random chat disconnections since June 6, it is now June 10. Messages like “unable to join chat, you’ve joined on another device” comes up, while I am only joining from the app. And while it disconnects me, it still keeps my clients connected, therefore wasting their time and money. This has been hurting my business because clients are worrisome about connecting with me.
