Do not use this service. ### 1/5 — Paying for past performances. *2024-03-30, version 3.7.1* I have been a long time customer and I think it’s ridiculous that the PPs are not free. As a gambler, I frequently look at PPs and decide not to bet the race. But I bet plenty of races on your app. Maybe you need a level based on monetary bets placed during a period that will allow frequent bettors to have free PPs. Your programmers could figure that out since they figured out how to charge $$ for a past performance. ### 1/5 — Not impressed *2024-02-21, version 3.6.0* Deposit accepted instantly but withdraw Payout by check (14 days) Locked me out of my account and forced me to submit documents after I deposited and played but conveniently right when I asked to withdraw and before I could use my deposit bonus. Spent an hour trying to reset my password, before support said my account was locked until documents are submitted. Indian guy on support was unhelpful.
