## What is KeenNote?

KeenNote is an enterprise cloud-based communication system built to improve healthcare coordination. It is designed to permit secure, encrypted and HIPAA compliant communications among primary care providers (MDs, APRNs, PAs), physician consultants, office managers, case managers and care coordinators who are members. KeenNote allows busy providers from different healthcare organizations to interact, and improve patient care and satisfaction by allowing swift and HIPAA-secure messaging.

Two factor authentication during the signing in process
