Was working fine before update. ### 1/5 — Something went wrong *2023-12-09* Every time I put my password in my name something went wrong I can’t even get into the device. I’ve been at this for at least an hour and a half. I deleted apps on my phone thinking maybe that was the problem but it’s a big glitch so far ### 1/5 — Expensive Paper Weight *2023-07-28* It’s difficult to know where to start when trying to review this app and device, so I’ll just list all the problems that I can remember: - unable to log in with biometrics - unable to find or manually connect to my primary or guest Wi-Fi networks - unable to control device’s brightness or displayed time - all links to the company’s “Help Center” take you to a 404 page - slow/no response after emailing support -many features are “Coming Soon” with no roadmap or ETA provided to customers **Developer response:** Hi swiftyseven, Thank you for taking the time to lay out your treasure map of experiences with our app and device. It seems you've unearthed some exciting quirks, and we're here to decode them for you: 🤳Biometrics Login Issues: Good news! We've defeated the thumb-wrestling champion and fixed the biometrics issue. Fingerprint and facial recognition should now be as smooth as a spy film. Sometimes, disabling then re-enabling biometrics helps the app get back on track! 🛜Wi-Fi Connection Troubles: Our device is a bit picky and prefers to dance with 2.4Ghz networks. Please make sure to pair it with its favorite partner, and it should waltz right in. Guest networks don't always work as sometimes guest networks are restricted in what they can access. ☀️Brightness and Display Time Controls: Once your device connects with Wi-Fi, it'll automatically set the display time / zone. It's like a magic trick but less mysterious! And as for brightness control, it'll shine bright like a diamond or be dark like a moonless night (whatever's your preference) once it is updated to the latest firmware (which will happen overnight as soon as it connects to wifi - you can speed this up by manually rebooting the device by holding the button on the back for ~12 seconds). 🙋"Help Center" 404 Error: We have recently migrated our help center to a new platform and the link in the app is pointing to the old help center. We have already fixed this in our upcoming app release, so you will see that fixed asap!
