Looks like it was designed by a high school student in their first year coding class. Why is there 10 different prompts before I can actually book the appointment? It took way longer to figure out and ended up having to use the web version. Wouldn’t find the location based on Zip code and wouldn’t let me sign in or see my future appointment. Had to revert back to the website version. And WHY, WHY must you click SAVE for not opting in for a wash??? I get you’re trying to get an add on for an extra sale but the experience is horrible. ### 1/5 — Great Haircuts, Most Awful App *2024-10-02, version 1.2* I’ve been going to Keep It Cut for 6 years now. 6 years of good haircuts and friendly service. 6 years of the most awful and clumsy app, without any improvements. Highly recommend the haircuts and fair price, but the app is a headache to use and they should really do some urgent work on it. ### 1/5 — Rate the terrible app not the business! *2024-09-19, version 1.2* This app just keeps getting worse. I log in and cannot see my scheduled appointment unless I choose a store. Then it shows no future appointments even though I have one! When you view appointments there is no clear way to go back from that screen but I accidentally found swipe to work. I enter a zip code and the closest store is actually 6th on the list, not first. Many time I’ve had to quit the app because I got stuck on a screen or weird loop trying to go back. Remember me does not remember me. The screenshots on the App Store are out of date. The issues go on and on. Scheduling after hours is important to me so I’ll be looking for another business. ### 3/5 — Confusing *2024-08-23, version 1.2* I have a subscription for cut and trim. When I make an appointment in the app, it appears I’m being charged extra for the trim. The app is clunky and difficult to use. It doesn’t save information like it should. Just a generally poor user experience. I’ve cancelled my membership solely due to the fact that the app is basically unusable. It’s unfortunate because they have great stylists.
