Bluetooth says connected app says it’s not.
When you do finally get it to show green it drops off again. No way to control your sock from this app!

No idea how to work the app-doesn’t give you any indication the the socks are turned on or off.

It’s very hard to tell if the device is actually ON or OFF. The app still shows a temperature when the unit is OFF, and the colors look almost the same in both states. The only clue is small “ON/OFF” text in the center button, which is easy to miss.

For a heating device, this is unsafe and poor design. OFF should be unmistakable.

The app won’t stay connected for more than a few minutes at a time. The sock, when they do get warm, are comfortable.

I don’t know if the other people that are having issues are android users, but I downloaded the app and immediately connected with my socks and everything works great!

Every time I set the socks on a temperature, it waits 5 seconds and then jumps to 122 even if I put it on 113 or anything else and it’s burning my feet at 120, but it just keeps jumping back to 122 REGARDLESS of what I’ve set it on and it DIDN’T used to do that so now I can’t wear my socks AT ALL, and my feet get VERY cold!! So y’all need to fix that!!!!

I don’t know what everyone else is going through but mine connected no issues, stayed connected. Warmed the socks perfectly. These are great, don’t listen to the Karen’s
