Gute App, aber Versandkosten fehlen bei der Preisüberwachung

Ich nutze Keepa gerne zur Preisüberwachung bei Amazon, aber ein Punkt stört mich: Es gibt keine Möglichkeit einzustellen, dass der Versand in den überwachten Preis mit einbezogen wird. Das führt dazu, dass ich öfter eine Benachrichtigung bekomme, dass ein Artikel im Preis gesunken ist – am Ende ist er durch teils enorme Versandkosten aber trotzdem viel teurer als erwartet.

Andere Apps bieten die Option, nur den tatsächlichen Gesamtpreis (Artikel + Versand) zu überwachen. Das würde ich mir auch für Keepa wünschen, damit die Preisalarme wirklich den Betrag widerspiegeln, den man am Ende zahlt.

Ansonsten finde ich die App richtig gut und nutze sie regelmäßig!

iPhone 17proを使用しており、商品をカートに入れることは出来るが、カート内の確認画面で、注文の確定ボタンが無い。
その為、一旦リンクからAmazonアプリを起動して、決済をする必要がある。

以前から、カート内ページの一番下に、注文確定ボタンがあったが、ページの戻る/進むボタン帯と重なり、隠れていて、かろうじてはみ出した確定ボタンを押していた。

今はそのボタンすら無いのだ。
使いにくいので、直して欲しい。

ちなみにAndroidでは注文確定ボタンもあるし、変に隠れていたりしない。Androidを使えってメッセージだったりするのか？

This app came highly recommended, but it’s barely functional. I get the spinning wheel of death with every search, the network connection failed when trying to set up an account, and the UI is rough. (No visible button to go back from the login screen.)

Love this app! Helped me to save a ton of money on Amazon by tracking the
Price history of the product & notify me when the product price is dropped.

The best part about this app is it works on Amazon worldwide. So i can track price of item anywhere Canada, Usa, UK, Australia or india.

This is a great app for tracking prices on Amazon. You set your desired target price and you get a notification when it is reached.

I’m on an iPhone 15 plus, with the latest iOS. I tried to update, but it wouldn’t update. So, I deleted the app thinking a fresh copy might update, it won’t download at all now. Can’t recommend.

I had a very bad experience with this company. I intended to purchase a monthly subscription, but I was charged for an annual plan instead. As soon as I noticed the charge, I contacted customer support and requested a refund, but they refused. The whole process was frustrating and I did not receive the level of customer service I expected. They eventually cancelled the subscription but only after denying my refund request. Based on my experience, I would recommend looking at other alternatives before using this service and making sure you carefully review all charges before completing your purchase.

Meine persönliche Erfahrung war leider sehr enttäuschend. Neben Problemen im Ablauf und der Kommunikation hatte ich insbesondere den Eindruck, dass Kritik nicht ernst genommen wurde. Statt auf konkrete Punkte einzugehen, wurden aus meiner Sicht Gegenargumente vorgeschoben und Verantwortung abgewehrt.

Wenn man als Kunde Fragen stellt oder Missstände anspricht, erwartet man Transparenz und professionelle Lösungen. Genau das habe ich hier leider vermisst.

Ich bewerte bewusst meine persönliche Erfahrung und den Umgang damit – und dieser hat mich nicht überzeugt.

I love Keepa's service and I want to use it more.  I can’t as the mobile app is a disaster. It's not buggy, it's just incredibly poorly designed resulting a very poor user experience.
for instance, if I open the price graph, I can’t then close it again. I have to close the app entirely.

競争率の高いホビー商品購入の為に導入しました
通知が来て直ぐにAmazon開いても対象の商品はありませんとしかならず、アラートの意味が無いです。
また、アラート設定価格になっても通知が来ないことも多々あるため、欲しいものある時は結局Amazonに張り付くことになります。
ということで、競争率の高い商品を買う目的では使えません

何時でも売っているものがセールになったら買おうとかなら使えるのかもしれません

They are now limiting you to 200 tracked items. If you want more, you have to pay. Of course, they made no mention of this change in the update notes for the latest version of the app. 

I’m switching to Camelcamelcamel.
It’s just as well, because Keepa has become unreliable. Last year around Thanksgiving, I discovered that multiple tracked items were on sale, which Keepa never notified me about. Who knows how many other price drops I’ve missed out on.

The app recently changed so you can only have 200 trackings unless you want to pay money to upgrade your account. It used to be unlimited trackings. This extreme downgrade sucks.

Why do people use Price Trackers? To know if the price they see is a good price.  I opened the app to find an overwhelming amount of information. 

I would expect a plain google-like search bar. instructions :“paste link”

Permet de suivre le prix de produits Amazon. Je m’en sers énormément. Surtout pour les produits pour lesquels il y a pas d’urgence. C’est fini d’être frustré d’avoir acheté un produit le veille et de voir que le lendemain il est à -30% ahah

本当に助かってます。Amazonで買い物する時は絶対1回keepaで調べてから買うようになって、もういくら得したか分かりません。次安くなりそうな時期まで期間を置くことも多いので衝動買いもかなりしなくなりました。たしかにたまにバグったり読み込まなかったりすることもありますが、どれも一時的でちゃんと使えるようになるし、全然目をつぶれます。人生を豊かにしてくれてありがとうkeepa🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Anytime I want an expensive item I setup price alerts on Keepa - it has literally saved me hundreds of dollars just in the last week (on 2 items). LOVE THIS!!

The Keepa App is seemingly accurate and very helpful during sourcing.  The website is a little less “user friendly” to navigate, at let for me… Anyway, overall a great tool and the monthly fee is basically just $10/mo which is great!
