## What is KeepBy?

KeepBy keeps your household's time-sensitive things in one place — food expiry dates and appliance warranties — and shares them with your family.

• Food & warranties together: track best-before dates and warranty end dates side by side, color-coded by how soon they expire.
• Shared with family: invite household members with a code (valid for 2 days). Everyone sees the same items, shopping list, and status.
• Smart reminders: get notified before food expires (3 days & day-of) and before warranties end (30 & 7 days & day-of).
• Straight to the shopping list: when something runs out, send it to the shared shopping list in a tap — buy it, and it's back in stock.
• Receipts & photos: attach a photo of the item or its receipt. On-device receipt scanning reads dates and amounts for you — no data leaves your device.

Pro unlocks unlimited tracked items and family sharing. Only one household member needs Pro — status is shared across the household.

Sharing and syncing across devices require signing in with Apple.

Fixes for sharing and comments

• Clearing a value now sticks. Turning off "Set an expiry date", taking an item out of storage, unchecking a to-do, or emptying a note or price is saved and shared properly
• Comments from the people you share with now show up when you come back to a card you left open
• A comment that fails to load no longer leaves you staring at nothing
• The list of expired items on the Progress tab now reads naturally in every language

Handle it right from the notification

• Long-press a notification to mark an item used up or done without opening the app
• Pick "Remind me tomorrow" and the date stays put — you simply get another nudge
• Tapping a notification now opens that item's card, and comment alerts jump straight to the comment
• Search your items by name, note, or store from the home screen
• New Progress tab: what you buy most, how often you restock it, what slipped past its date, and who takes care of what
• Tapping the widget opens your to-dos, and the + button adds one right away
• Fixed reminders going missing when a lot of them were scheduled at once
• Fixed purchase screens that were still showing English in other languages
