GUARD
• Log outbursts with preset reasons or your own note
• Monthly mood score and star hints for the current month
• Virtual Mood Jar: each log adds virtual savings (not real money), synced with Settings
• Child wishes: mark as gifted when your virtual balance covers the goal
• Calm window and make-up promises after tough moments
REWARDS
• Streaks unlock badges, blind-box style treats, and family activity ideas you commit to yourself
• The app does not purchase, ship, or redeem physical items for you
RELIEF
• Breathing and shake-to-calm exercises for a quick reset
• After a Relief session, you may deduct virtual compensation from the Mood Jar once per calendar week (per app rules)
ME (SETTINGS)
• App language, text size, and display currency
• Data stays on your device—we do not upload your logs to our servers
