I did a free trial and canceled app but now not only did it NOT cancel, it’s still trying to bill my card! I have sent several emails with NO RESPONSE!! The only option I have is an email. No number to call for support. ### 2/5 — Glitchy *2026-06-14* I’m not able to add anniversary details, but my gf is. We’re not able to write notes for some reason (shows a 404 error), and when trying to un-pair (and re-pair) to see if that fixes anything, it just gives an error message. Following the link sent through their app, it prompts me to set up an account then dumps me on the payment page.
