## What is Keepsay?

Keepsay records your meetings and turns them into a transcript, a summary, decisions, and action items, all on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded. No account, no subscription, no recording limits.

RECORD ANY MEETING, ANY LENGTH
• Record for hours, even with the screen locked
• Pause and resume; a phone call pauses the recording instead of ending it
• One MP3 per meeting, with every word and pause kept
• Leave the title blank and Keepsay names it after where and when you met

KNOW WHAT WAS DECIDED
• Full transcript in English or Mandarin Chinese, made on device with Apple's speech model
• Summary with key points, decisions, and action items, made on device with Apple Intelligence
• Summary, transcript, and recording on separate tabs, so long meetings stay easy to read

FIND AND SHARE
• Meetings grouped by Today, This Week, Last Week, and month
• Search titles, summaries, and transcripts
• Play recordings back with a seek bar
• Export the MP3, or the summary and transcript as a document

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Recordings, transcripts, and summaries never leave your iPhone unless you share them
• No account, no ads, no analytics
• Delete a meeting, or just its audio to free up space

Free, with optional tips that unlock nothing.

Summaries need Apple Intelligence on a supported iPhone. Transcription needs a one-time download of the speech model for each language.
