## What is Keeptry?

Keeptry helps you turn small daily reflections into practical next steps.

Look back on what went well, what felt missing, and what you want to try next. Keeptry keeps your reflections and small Tries together so you can notice patterns, follow through more gently, and build a steadier rhythm over time.

Use Keeptry to:
- Write daily and weekly reflections
- Create small Tries from your reflections
- Track whether each Try was completed, partly completed, or missed
- Review your history and recent insights
- Keep your personal growth loop simple and approachable

Keeptry is designed for people who want a quieter way to understand themselves and make small changes that last.
