No response from customer service or any platform assistance. All servers are down. No help is being offered for long-time customers. Do not purchase or use. ### 1/5 — Servers always busy *2026-03-21, version 2.64* I am working on a refund because we have had Keepy for years, but in the past year we have rarely been able to upload. We receive an error message that says “server busy”. ### 1/5 — Glitchy *2026-03-15, version 2.64* Couldn’t even get past the profile creation page entering name, birthday etc because it kept freezing.
