I excitedly downloaded this app for my daughter who just started pre-k, but the app has not worked at all. 
I cannot add my child, I mean the buttons to put in the birthday literally don’t work and the app shut downs. 
Thoroughly disappointed.

I have tried a few times now to create an account. Each time it says “cannot connect to servers, please try again later”. Or something along those lines. I decided it’s not work the hassle and deleted the app.

I have a ton of artwork saved in this app and liked it a lot initially. Now every time I try to get in to upload more I get an error message of “server is down”. 
This has been the case for months. If this doesn’t get fixed I will have to try to export hundreds of items to a new app.

I’m very worried I won’t be able to download the work.  I have spent SO much time curating and filing artwork and I’m very worried it won’t be able to be KEPT.  Highly disappointed.

I even tried upgrading to their premium service. Unfortunately, a majority of us customers have been getting “Server busy. Please try again later” whenever we try to upload material. Keepy takes weeks to fix this problem and when they do, the problem just returns. This happens too often. Save your money and find another way.

This app clearly doesn’t work like it apparently used to at one point. You can get as far as attempting to add your child then it freezes. Attempted to uninstall and reinstall a few times with no luck.

I loved this app… until it is continually saying ‘Server Busy - please try again later’ everytime I try to upload any new content! I’m paying $46.99 a year, & it’s been doing it for over a year. The forums are full of people with the same complaint & no response. I’ve messaged them through the feedback form more than once.. no reply.   If this app is to be any use, they need to fix this issue, otherwise it’s a complete waste of money! And now my kids photos/art/certificates are held hostage on their server 😩

I want to love this but so many glitches. I can’t add another kid - app crashes out. Deleted app but not data to reinstall and try to fix. Now I can’t get past “oops something’s wrong with your internet connection”. Nothing is wrong with internet. Now the day I had to work on this project is gone, and I can’t access what I’ve already uploaded because of an erroneous error message. Most frustrating app experience in a very long time.

At a time when diarising digitally was new and keepy was a thing!! All of a sudden it stopped and can no longer access all of my kids baby pics and adventures! At least to have had a heads up on the company ceasing would have been nice so I could have downloaded my photos and kids artwork which was the main reason I signed up..

Despite full internet connection and access to data and no other standard troubleshooting issues, we’re unable to even get up and started.

I’ve had this app for many years, and that’s the only reason I’m sticking with it. Any time I try to add my kids’ artwork, I get the “server busy” error message and am unable to upload. When you try to send feedback, that link doesn’t work. I don’t understand why there’s not more about this sham out there for when I google it.

I loved this app from the very first time I used it and that was like maybe 8 or more years ago. I have 13 grand babies and I can save each ones art work, report cards, pics just anything they do like baseball, basketball, soccer games to their own individual folder. I have 1000’s Of pics of them all.  I love it. I can’t say enough about it. Sally

I’m so glad I found Keepy for several reasons:
-I can take a pic & store my children’s artwork, school awards, tests they scored 100’s on, etc. all right in the App and categorized neatly by specific child and date. 
-Storing this stuff on the App means less “clutter” at home and a more organized life.
-Keepy allows you to share your children’s stuff with other family & friends without showing the ENTIRE world. Keeping it private to only those you want to share with.
-Keepy can take the Art you upload and create awesome keepsakes to give to family & friends to cherish for years to come. I took my son’s yearbook ad when he graduated from elementary school and enlarged it, then framed it as a gift to him so he could remember all the hard work he put in.

Having five kids means lots and lots of papers, drawings, and artwork. I love that I have a place to keep and share them all and don’t have to feel guilty for tossing some to cut down on paper clutter.

Before the app I used to save all the “art” the kids made, couldn't bring myself to throw away.

I wrote a critical review a few weeks ago when I discovered that cropping no longer worked properly. After the most recent update, cropping is functioning as it was. I am happy because I was coming back to check and would be discontinuing my subscription. I have enjoyed using this app and appreciate that the devs are always fixing bugs - I just didn’t appreciate it when an update actually broke something functional (and integral) to my usage of the app. NEVER get rid of the skew crop- it is the best thing about this app. Now you’ll have to excuse me while I catch up on weeks of artwork uploads...

Amazing. Memories are the most important thing for me, but aside from being a hoarder it’s impossible to keep everything together. Especially with all the kids art and school projects. Pictures are huge for me too. I used to just upload everything to Facebook but it downgraded the quality so printing the pictures from it ruins them. Also, it didn’t allow for much privacy. Now, I can keep the family in the loop with the most updated stuff of the best quality, and I never have to wonder where a pic is or if there’s a way to retrieve videos. This is the best app I’ve ever invested in.
