But my therapist uses it and I get notifications that new exercises are available. I have emailed them numerous times with no response. My PT clinic is changing apps. This one does not perform! ### 1/5 — App is Terrible *2026-02-16, version 3.20.2* As others are saying, you have to log in every time you open the app (after a certain amount of time). ### 1/5 — Aggravating *2026-01-07, version 3.20.2* You have to login every time you want to use this app. Then it just takes you in circles over and over again telling you to login again even though you just inputted your correct credentials. When I contacted Support they told me to delete the app and clear out cache on my computer. Neither option worked. I am continually going in circles needing to reenter my password and never getting anywhere. This is frustrating because I can no longer afford physical therapy I still have the injury and no support to get better. ### 4/5 — Activation code *2025-04-08, version 3.16.3* I have downloaded the App but cannot get an activation code. ### 1/5 — Can’t get to work *2025-01-23, version 3.16.3* I tried two years ago and again today- still horrible and doesn’t work. Very frustrating, devs need to fix it. ### 1/5 — Email Invalid / Constant Crashing *2023-11-22, version 3.11.6* I tried contacting Keet at the contact email in the app, the email bounced back saying it was invalid email. It was to contact about the buggy performance and the constant crashing of the app upon marking a exercise complete (every time). I guess the company providing the service only wants to take money from the companies and practitioners and not provide quality service and support. Fix your app and actually accept constructive criticism, or stay crappy and lose your income. ### 1/5 — Terrible after update *2023-10-30, version 3.11.6* I can’t login since you’re update. I’ve tried to log in over and over again and it doesn’t let me into the app so I can’t do my therapy workouts! I’ve tried to email you, but there is no email address that I can find. I’ve shut it down and restarted it. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it and nothing is helping! You need to fix this app, please!! ### 1/5 — Major Improvement *2023-10-12* Update3: with every update, this app doesn’t get any better. The videos still freeze or videos don’t load. I’m a visual person and need to look at the videos to make sure I’m doing my physical therapy correctly. Another issue is you mark that you completed the exercise it doesn’t goes away. You have to keep going in to initiate complete over and over again and scroll down a few times to have it go disappear.
