I have never reviewed a food delivery app before. This is genuinely the first time I have felt compelled to write one, simply because I have had MULTIPLE appalling experiences with this service. First of all, your app doesn’t even allow customers to pin their precise location properly because of what appears to be a basic glitch. Then, even when you send clear instructions to the driver BEFORE placing the order, they are apparently incapable of reading, understanding, or following them. The messages are completely ignored, the instructions are disregarded, and you are left dealing with the same unnecessary problems over and over again. The service is unbelievably pathetic and unprofessional. The drivers are equally frustrating, with extremely poor communication and seemingly no effort to understand or follow basic customer instructions. At this point, using this app feels like an exercise in wasting your own time and patience. This is not a one-off bad experience. It is a repeated pattern, and the fact that nothing seems to improve makes it even worse. I am uninstalling this app and will never use it again. I will also actively advise everyone I know NOT to use it. There are plenty of delivery services out there, and I see absolutely no reason to tolerate this level of incompetence. Quite frankly, I have rarely seen a delivery business operate with such a complete lack of professionalism. If this is the standard you intend to maintain, I genuinely cannot see this business going very far.
