My LSX are incredible, absolutely the best sound ever. But I am constantly running into connection issues and the app is making it very very difficult to enjoy the whole experience. I love the speakers but I will probably buy another brand in future purely because I struggle to use them as intended. Please KEF sort it out. Hire some decent product managers and let them make something great. They just refuse to connect to Wi-Fi. The only way I have then reliably find and connect to the wifi is connecting them to my router with an ethernet cable. Then find them on the local network and go to their local IP address in a web browser. There is a section here where you can fill the Wi-Fi name and password and save it. Once done, they connect flawlessly and work justice as intended. No more issues. I recently picked up a new pair and what a difference. All the bugs and flakiness of setting up with my phone and wireless network have been fixed. I had the LS50W speakers setup within 5-10 minutes. ### 5/5 — Excellent *2021-07-07, version 2.5.21* My speakers arrived today. Unboxed, plugged in, downloaded this app and was streaming music via my iPad within about 5 minutes at most. The speakers are superb and the app, while the interface could certainly be improved, offers control of all speaker operations and performed without a hitch. I have no connection to Apple or KEF, but having read such a pile of negative reviews I was wondering what I’d let myself in for and the nightmare that I would experience. In my case, I’m sitting here with a big grin on my face and enjoying wonderful music. The app has not missed a beat and the LSX speakers have played perfectly from about midday when they arrived, to almost 11 tonight. I’m using AirPlay 2 with Apple Music, have not needed the KEF Stream app or remote control so cannot comment on their operation. Thank you KEF. Etwas aufwendiger aber hilfreich ist die W-Lan Einstellungen anzupassen und für die KEF Lautsprecher ein Frequenzband zuzuweisen.
