## What is Kefi?

Your kefir grains are a living colony. Kefi turns them into a pet.

The face IS the diagnosis: when Kefi looks hungry, the milk is done and it's time to strain. When it glows, the batch is at its peak. No charts, no guesswork — one glance and you know.

Fresh grains settle in within a batch or two; dried ones take about a week — and the watery, weird-smelling days in between are where everyone quits. Kefi walks you through every batch, explains each smell before it scares you, and celebrates the first properly set milk with you.

IT REMEMBERS SO YOU DON'T
Reminders follow your grains' real rhythm — every day on the counter, a week or two in the fridge, adjusted to your kitchen's temperature. And the fridge is not a punishment: it's a cozy nap in a wool cap.

MAKE MORE THAN MILK
Guided recipes with a timer for every step: fizzy second-ferment sodas, labneh, ranch, overnight oats, pancakes for the batch that went too far. Plus a whole book for the whey, because nothing here goes down the drain.
