Our app offers daily kegel exercises, physical practices, meditations and workshops from experienced coaches. Through a combination of audio and video classes, you will deepen your understanding of sensual energy, improve your communication and find a more mindful and liberated approach to relationships.

Kegel Training provides a step-by-step plan for strengthening Pelvic Floor (PF) muscles. PF muscles play a critical role in male intimate health. They help trap blood in the groin area & control male organs.

Subscriptions are $79.99 USD annually, $19,99 monthly and $7.99 USD weekly. Prices are equal to the value that "Apple's App Store Pricing Matrix" determines as the equivalent of the subscription price in $ USD.

- All prices are subject to change without notification. We occasionally run promotion prices as incentives or limited-time opportunities for qualifying purchases made during the promotional time period. Due to the time-sensitive and promotional nature of these events, we are unable to offer price protection or retroactive discounts or refunds for previous purchases in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews for the same price and duration period as the original "1 Week"/"1 Year/1 Month" package unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
- The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours before the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package (weekly, monthly or yearly package)

The app is not functioning.  I purchased a 3 month subscription.  The only function that works is the home page timer.  No access to additional exercises, no daily insights, no meditation topics, just a timer.  Please contact me.  I hope I didn’t pay $15 for an otherwise useless stop watch!

Horrible app I got fraud I never paid no subscription with this app they charged me $20 dollars the provider needs to take care of this situation ASAP!!
