Смысла нет в покупке этого приложения, т.к. он кроме перечня упражнений Кегеля, которые есть в открытом доступе, и таймера,  ничего не даёт. 
Рекомендую добавить:
- счёт количества сделанных упражнений;
- календарь и шкалу успеха;
- возможность настройки напоминания об упражнении;
- поощрения, например, молодец, у тебя все получится;
- рекомендации тренера: это упражнение позволяет то ... и то... и оказывает благотворительное действием на ....

NOTE: if you’re having incontinence, urinary tract infections, etc SEE A DOCTOR FIRST. Surprisingly, there is no such caution I could find anywhere on the D/L page or in the app. That said...

I’m a guy with bladder issues. Kegel exercise works for me. This is a simple app that helps you get through just about every Kegel exercise there is. 

Needs a simple counter to keep track of sets. Also needs a setting to keep the app awake during counts!

I am using the app to help prepare for prostate surgery and hopefully eliminate the potential drip that can occur afterwards. Surgery is at end of month but I do notice a difference when going to restroom already.
