solid app. you do have to actually do the sessions but they're short so it's easy to keep up. the breathwork ones surprised me, learning to breathe and engage at the same time is harder than it sounds but it clicked after a bit. really happy with it

Overall fine kegel trainer, gamified and even plant real trees as I grow in levels. It doesn't pull focus from the workout, and the whole vibe stays calm and grounded in just doing the practice. That's been enough to keep me showing up for my kegel routine.
