It’s not user friendly and the instructions that came with the Kegel trainer doesn’t connect to the app like it’s supposed to. ### 1/5 — Not user friendly *2021-09-11, version 1.2.4* QR code inside the booklet with the purchased item only brought up an error code. Typed in the address under the QR code. Same error code. Manually searched the App Store, downloaded the app, can’t see what I’m typing while I put my log in info for my account in on the sign in screen. Keep getting an error code. I particularly looked for a product that had an app to help with tracking but I’m not impressed and plan to return this and try a different brand. ### 1/5 — Cannot read timer in App *2021-07-22, version 1.2.4* I didn’t try to create an account because all the other reviews mentioned it does not work, so I figured I would just use this to track my progress and time the training. But the number of minutes in the training timer is the same color as the background, so you can hear it scrolling to select the number of minutes but have no idea what number you’re selecting. This app can’t do the basic functions it was designed to do. I’ll just use my phone’s timer and notes to avoid the hassle. ### 1/5 — Can’t make an account *2021-03-31, version 1.1.9* Trying to sign up for an account on the app causes it to crash as soon as I try to agree to the terms. Or open the terms. The app says it will delete everything without an account. I tried to set up an account on the website but the app won’t let me log in with that account either. I went to the account page and customer support and it is just an email address... you are advertising this app as a perk but it is completely unusable. Big mistake!! I have created an account, reset the password numerous times, deleted and downloaded again, and the app still doesn’t work. I’m really disappointed and accept any advice to get this working. I’m really impressed by the professional packaging and presentation, but if you were looking for an accompanying app... Keep looking. Response to below: “If” I could, I would follow your steps. Unfortunately, the app is stuck on the screen asking if I have a PayPal account. I’m sorry but you have definitely let me down! You should definitely keep debugging.
