The app has next to no features compared to what I was expecting, I was sold on the fact that the device would give me tangible data about my cervical mucus, but it gives me some score that isn’t applicable to anything except Kegg. Kegel exercises can only be done once and is a very simple experience, something you could do without the ball. But the app is subpar…it could use a lot of work. It takes WAY too many steps to get to what you need. For example: if you want to let it know your period has arrived you have to click through 4 different screens. It has really helped me nail down my fertile window! It is easy to use and doesn’t take much time. Though I haven’t yet gotten pregnant, I feel that using Kegg has helped me learn so much more about what my body is doing so I can maximize every cycle. I bought kegg because I knew that I could return it after 12 months if I didn’t get pregnant because of the warranty, but I’ve already decided to just keep it and use it after I give birth (if I’m lucky enough to get pregnant!) as a way to prevent another pregnancy before I’m ready for it, as an alternative to going back on the pill. Information is power! After suffering a miscarriage during my first ever pregnancy with my husband, which I thought wouldn’t ever be possible without fertility help, I knew I needed to buy this device ASAP. Not only is it helping me to better understand my cycles and my body, but I know it’s giving me the best shot at getting pregnant again naturally. I can’t imagine not having Kegg now after owning it for just a couple months. And the cherry on top of such an amazing and useful product is the admin ladies who run the Facebook page. They’re all so sweet, encouraging, knowledgeable, and so quick to answer posts! Kegg measures cm — something no other fertility tracker does. Know exactly when you’re fertile and lessen the time it takes to get pregnant. Using this device and app has really been helpful. They literally research to deny anyone who requests refund. Device doesn’t work without wifi, any day u forget to test or don’t have wifi to connect counts against u. Fertile days predicted are just average cycles for general population and does not vary based individual on data imputed. Numbers given from device are made up, not exact, has ranges. Got many errors where I had to retest. Can be uncomfortable to use. Expensive vibrater that is gimic. Don’t fall for it. Save your money, track your bbt, take lh tests, anything but this stupid app. ### 1/5 — Can’t Finish Setting Up My Account in the App *2026-04-28, version 2.77* I’m on the last screen for why I’m using Kegg and I hit the Lets Keep Rolling button and get the privacy pop up, accept thr pop up and then it’s the same screen. No matter what I do, I can’t continue. Cool waste of money… ### 1/5 — It randomly chooses how fertile it says you are *2026-03-12, version 2.76* I’ve been using this device for about 3-4 months now and not only is the information it gives useless, it also is just wrong. It just estimates based off of when your period was and what day of you cycle it’s on. I tried testing it out and removing my period information and testing to see if it still said I had high fertility and when I took the period data out it gave me a 5 point score. When I added the period back in, it gave me a score in the 70s! That tells me this thing is bogus and is just estimating based on where I am in my cycle. I wish I could get my money back because this device is less than useless. ### 1/5 — App redesign is bad *2025-12-10, version 2.74* They redesigned the app recently and it's now harder for me to enter in my period. It's very confusing as to where everything is. It makes it so much more challenging and time consuming to use. Every time I open the app it prompts me to create an account. It’s such a huge pain I’m thinking of stop using it. Waste of money and time/ effort. Also it’s fertility prediction does not align with other methods ### 1/5 — Awful new app *2025-05-06, version 2.47* This is the first time I’ve ever taken the time to write a review because I’m so frustrated with this new app. The user experience is incredibly poor. There are several instances where you end up at a dead end and have to shut down the app and start over in order to navigate to where you need to go. It brings me to the sign up screen each time and I have to click into that then click out to get to the login. Why do I need to log in every single session now? The new design also isn’t responsive and single words are wrapped onto multiple lines and hard to read. This might be the worst app I’ve ever used. I feel bad saying that because I know it’s very difficult to launch a new app and I generally like the product. So far no luck. It seems like it works, but the app is incredibly annoying. I honestly would not have purchased this if I knew what the experience would be like. The main issue that I have with the app is that I constantly get notifications to remember my daily check in, even after I’ve completed it! It also has issues connecting to the tracker, has lag time syncing a reading, and most recently keeps logging me out of my account. This has caused missed readings and stressful mornings trying to troubleshoot what’s wrong while also leaving for work on time. It would be worth it to me if it gave actual insights. It does not. It only says “possible” or “likely” during the predicted ovulation window. I have a more accurate reading from my Fitbit cycle tracker. Not worth the hassle or expense in my opinion. I’m tempted to quit using it to have my mornings back. I had been trying for almost a year with no luck. Kegg helped us know when would be the best time to try and after 6 cycles I am now pregnant! Thank you kegg! ### 5/5 — Best fertility investment *2026-04-17, version 2.77* I have pcos and struggled for years using lh strips and never got a positive pregnancy test. I bought kegg and conceived the FIRST cycle using it. I had the baby and was never on birth control over 12 months after and never got pregnant. Once we really got serious about trying again I started using kegg and conceived on the FIRST CYCLE again. I really do think kegg is one of the only at home fertility monitors actually worth the money and the best value overall since it is one purchase that can be used indefinitely. Kegg monitors cervical mucus which I think is a lot more effective than lh strips. I have pcos and it really helped me to narrow in on all of my possible fertile windows (I would have multiple unsuccessful moves per cycle until finally I had a successful one). I also tracked bbt and used opks and with the combination of all 3 you will EASILY be able to predict, track and confirm ovulation while taking advantage of your most fertile windows. When you purchase a Kegg you get to be part of a Facebook group. I believe this group has developers and people who work on this product and the app in it.
