keGri - Keep Grindin' - to persevere, against all obstacles, in pursuit of what you truly desire.

Too often, apps are an information overload, and users must pick their own exercises and build their own routines. This leaves users overwhelmed and with ineffective training plans, thus leading to low adherence and a lack of results. Take out the guess work, and focus on your grind!
 
The keGri app is the solution for people seeking direction in attaining a more healthy lifestyle. The app allows users to connect with a certified personal trainer and professional soccer player for general, semi-personalized, and/or fully customized exercises, workouts, and workout regimens. Users will have access to:
  -instructional videos walking the user through each exercise
  -text instructions for each exercise
  -set/rep/time counter (all you have to do is press "play")
  -awards and benefits for workout milestones and achievements
