## What is Keiko Spinner?

Plan a full Shotokan session in seconds.

Keiko Spinner builds complete karate training programs for you. Choose a length, pick which blocks to include, and tap Generate. The app composes a routine from a built-in Shotokan library — warm-up, kihon, kumite drills, kata, and conditioning — arranged into a session you can teach or train through.
