I should have read the comments, but then again Kaiser should not have made this app available if it bricks the converter. What is Kaiser waiting to remove this junk from the app store?

The firmware update this app delivers (as of early October 2019) will render your converter useless. It still powers on and connects but no longer delivers watts or RPM to a connected app ... which negates the entire purpose of the converter. I’m currently waiting for Keiser to resolve my issue. Love the bike, but the converter and related software is a hot mess.

App Store did an update today for my ConverterDFU and now it is not being read by peloton when I do my rides.  This despite me resetting the converter by taking out the battery and putting it back in.

It updated the converter but it still doesn’t work inside my Sufferfest App. It now connects inside the app but doesn’t populate watts or rpm. I’ll continue to be patient, luckily I got FTP/4DP info to not need the converter but it sure makes it nice when its populated and saves in the app. 

Still happy with my M3i bike though. You can’t beat how quiet the ride is but they just need to figure out this converter debacle ASAP!

This app will brick your Converter! Keiser won’t even answer my emails and phone calls. Should have just purchased a Peleton bike instead!

Peloton all connects to sensor but it doesn’t report back any cadence, just “0 RPM”.

I use the converter to connect to Zwift and this latest firmware update has made huge difference with a much more stable Bluetooth connection and longer battery life. My only wish is that Keiser would notify customers when updates are available.

All the bad reviews are old. The app has been updated several times in 2020. I have had no issues with using it and have updated the firmware several times this year. 

The new firmware fixes so many problems, you really have to do it.
